After verification is successfully completed, you can use your account normally.
What contents should be confirmed? You should provide such information as name, date of birth and address in your papers for our confirmation. The papers you have provided should include your personal information and address (location). Please make sure that the name, address and date of birth match those you have filled in during registration with our website.
What papers should be submitted? You should submit two types of papers such as an ID card (required) plus other documents or bills (required) such as passport, household register, temporary residential permit, credit card bill and water and electricity bill issued by governmental organizations. You should upload scanning copies or pictures of the papers containing clear name, date of birth and address.

FAQ concerning verification The main purpose of user verification is to verify if the information on your papers submitted conform to that on the following page: https://en.jpdeliver.com/mypage/change.php. The verification items include: ID card No., name, date of birth and address (current address). The common problems that cause unsuccessful verification are shown as follows:

1. The address you have filled in during registration is a company address, which does not conform to the address on your paper or bill submitted.
Please change the registered address into the address on your paper (an address through which you can be reached) or upload other papers or bills that can certify that you are at the company address.

2. The name you have filled in during registration is a nickname, but not your name or the corresponding pinyin.
Please change the registered name into the Chinese name or the corresponding pinyin on your paper.

3. Incomplete papers. You have only uploaded one paper.
Please upload the pictures or scanning copies of the two types of papers including front and back sides of your ID card plus an auxiliary document or bill.

4. The paper is unclear or the picture cannot be opened for verification because of some uploading problem.
After confirming your paper, please shoot or scan it again.

5. Is it possible to use an electronic bank bill as the auxiliary document?
No electronic file is accepted. Please upload the picture of a paper bill.

6. Verification is failed. When making uploading again, you have only uploaded one new paper, which is not the full information we need for verification.
Because the pictures are uploaded in batches, please upload again the three pictures of front and back sides of your ID card plus an auxiliary document after verification is failed.

7. Verification is successful, but the shipping order cannot be submitted.
Please log out and log in again to make the verification valid before submitting your shipping order.

8. After uploading the pictures of papers, you did not click on the verification button.
After uploading the pictures of papers, you should click on the verification button, so that verification will proceed.
